SikaCem 133F Gunite Description
SikaCem-133F Gunite is a cement based, fast setting, polymer modified one component repair mortar containing silica fume and high range water-reducing agents, meeting the requirements of Class R4 of BS EN 1504-3. Formulated for machine applications using the dry process without set accelerators, repairs may be profiled and trowel finished where necessary.SikaCem 133F Gunite Uses

SikaCem 133F Gunite Characteristics
- One component, ready to use micro concrete
- Non silica aggregates
- Low rebound losses and dust formation during the spraying process
- Layer thicknesses in one application overhead up to 150mm are possible without any additional mesh reinforcement
- Rapid strength gain without set accelerators
- Very low shrinkage
- Can be finished to a good standard
- Fibre Technology reduces shrinkage cracking and improves toughness
- Fast setting properties & fibres reduces the effect of tidal wash out in coastal or rising water situations
Solseal Delivery Schedule
Orders placed before midday will be dispatched for delivery the same day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
When you have placed your order our dispatch team will prepare your items for collection from our couriers. When the couriers have collected your items you will be emailed a tracking number.
Please note: Our offices and warehouses are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. ‘Working day’ is Monday to Friday.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery unless ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ is stated.
If you have ordered a product that is listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ before midday on Monday to Friday your order will be processed an dispatched the same day delivered the next working day.
For example. If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Monday before midday it will be delivered the next day (Tuesday).
If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Friday before midday it will be delivered the next working day (Monday).
If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Friday after midday it will be processed the next working day (Monday) and delivered the following working day (Tuesday).
