Sikagard-740 W
Silane based reactive water repellent impregnation Sikagard-740 W is a one-component low viscosity, reactive impregnation for concrete and cementitious substrates based on concentrated Silane emulsion. Sikagard-740 W complies with the requirements of EN 1504-2 for hydrophobic Impregnation (penetration depth class I & resistance to freeze and thaw salt stresses).- Good penetration
- Economic and easy to use
- Reduces capillary water absorption, protection against driving rain and splashing on vertical areas
Usage
Sikagard-740 W is used as water-repellent impregnation (hydrophobic treatment) for absorbent substrates such as concrete in civil engineering or building concrete structures in both vertical and horizontal traffic area:- Suitable for protection against ingress (Principle 1, method 1.1 of EN 1504-9)
- Suitable for moisture control (Principle 2, method 2.1 of EN 1504-9)
- Suitable for increasing the resistivity (Principle 8, method 8.1 of EN 1504-9)

Orders placed before midday will be dispatched for delivery the same day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
When you have placed your order our dispatch team will prepare your items for collection from our couriers. When the couriers have collected your items you will be emailed a tracking number.
Please note: Our offices and warehouses are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. ‘Working day’ is Monday to Friday.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery unless ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ is stated.
If you have ordered a product that is listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ before midday on Monday to Friday your order will be processed an dispatched the same day delivered the next working day.
