Parex Bondcoat UF
Uses include:
- Bonding primer for epoxy resin based screeds and mortars
- Bonding primer for cementitious mortars and toppingsTypical Properties @ 20°CTensile Strength: 41N/mm2 Flexural Strength: 65N/mm2Adhesion To Concrete:The bond strength of Bondcoat UF to concrete will be greater than the tensile strength of the concrete. Testing to failure will result in the rupture of the concrete surface.
Usable Life:
Pot life of Bondcoat UF is 1 hour.Initial Cure:
Depending on the topping, the finished application may be brought into light use in 24 hours.Full Cure:

Bonding of applied topping shall be carried out using Bondcoat UF as manufactured by Parex Ltd. The Bonding Agent shall be stored, mixed and applied strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.Quality Assurance

Orders placed before midday will be dispatched for delivery the same day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
When you have placed your order our dispatch team will prepare your items for collection from our couriers. When the couriers have collected your items you will be emailed a tracking number.
